1) 7×1 Muscle Snatch – for max load, rest 2 minutes

Notes: Warm up well, then go for max load on every set. Concentrate on being explosive out of the second pull and really pulling the elbows as high as possible.

135 for all sets….having trouble on not rebending.

2) AF WOD – You know the scheme.

11 rds + 4 thrusters
