MU/Bench press

1) 4 rounds for reps of:

2 min max rep Muscle-Ups
Max rep BW Bench Press

-rest 4 minutes

Notes: Bench Press starts immediately after the 2 min of MU are over. Do not try to go until failure on the muscle-ups. Pick a number that’s fairly easy to get to and hit it every time then jump down and rest for 3-5 counts. Pace through and try to not miss any reps.

36x total MU”s/33x total Bench presses

*rings were set up low….couldn’t kip, most MU’s were strict and fatigue sat in quickly unfortunately.
