Walkin on the hands

1) 10 minutes Handstand Walk practice

Notes: Try to focus on hollow position and taking bigger steps. Let’s see if we can’t accumulate some good distance. Try to keep track of how far you go.

Definitely improving…feel pretty confident if we have a comp with these now!

2) 5X2 Snatch Balance – rest 90sec

Notes: Keep this fairly light. The goal is for no misses. Work on speed through the drop and hold for a count in the bottom. Don’t rush out of the squat.

worked up to 225….back is still tight, especially in the bottom of the snatch.

3) 8 minute AMRAP of:

5 RIng HSPU
25 Box Jumps 24″

5 total rds…..Ring HSPU’s were very easy, box jumps were a bit slow. Had my oly shoes on and that didn’t help me (probably mentally more so than physically)
