1) 5X3 Back Squat @ 70% – rest 2 minutes

2) After last set add 20lbs & do a max effort set. Rest exactly 45 sec and do another max effort set.

3) 3 rounds for total reps:

45 sec. max Toes to Bar
-rest 1 minute
45 sec. max 20″ Box Jumps
-rest 1 minute
45 sec. max GHD Situps
-rest 1 minute

4) Spend some time on hip mobility. Mob WODs or anything else you like to do is fine. Let’s also make sure that you’re on the foam roller during this time.
