1) 6×2 Snatch Grip behind the neck Push Press – heavy, rest 90sec


2) 3 rounds for time of:
25 Box Jumps 24″
20 C2B Pullups

Notes: HSPU should be with hands on 45lb bumpers and MUST be strict. Rest 5 full minutes after completing.

8:21…unbroken box jumps/broke last set of pullups up/HSPU-broke up

3) 5 minute AMRAP of KBS @ 32kg.

Notes: The standard for these should be an absolutely vertical bell with elbows extended and ears showing. We won’t always use this strict standard, but today hold yourself to it on every rep.

81x total reps with 70# DB….much harder. Think i could have completed close to 100x with regular KB
