6×1 Press Cluster (push press, push jerk, split jerk) – max load, rest 90 seconds

Notes: Get heavy quickly and try to increase as long as possible. No misses on this one. If you have to take the weight down by the end, that’s fine.


7 rounds for total working time of:

12 Front Squats 155lbs
10 Pullups
8 Burpees
6 Clean and Jerks 155lbs
-rest 1 minute
