1) 6×2 Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 110% of Snatch – rest 90 sec.

285#…first time backs felt strong since the 15 min amrap-2 weeks ago.

Notes: Work on back arch (scoop) and pushing knees back while maintaining torso angle.

2) 4 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
25 Burpees
Row 500m

kept 1:30 pace on 400m; 1:10-15 on burpees roughly; 1:53 on 500m row
