1) 12 minutes to establish a 1RM OHS

295; missed 315

2) 100 Burpees for time.
*Every minute on the minute beginning the second minute 2 Power Cleans @ 225/150lbs

3) 150 cals on the rower @ 80%

Notes: Basically make this a tough cool down. Don’t go too hard, but go hard enough to make it hurt.
