1) 10×2 Front Squats @ 60% – rest 60 sec.

Notes: Pause 3 counts in the bottom position on each rep. Focus on driving the elbows up out of the bottom position.

2) 5×2 Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 120% – rest 60

Notes: Concentrate again on pulling chest as high as possible and pushing the knees back while maintaining torso angle. You may use straps on this.

3) 4 rounds of:
60 seconds Max Rep Strict HSPU
-rest 60 seconds
60 seconds Max Rep Strict Muscle-Ups
-rest 60 seconds

Notes: Use 45lb plates under each hand for the HSPU

4) Tabata Treadmill Sprints 10 incline/9 mph
