1) 8×1 Power Snatch

Notes: I’d like there to be no misses here. Don’t go super heavy super quick. Focus on pulling through the middle and turning the bar over fast.


2) 6×2 Snatch Balance – rest 90 sec.

Notes: Only go moderately heavy on this. No misses.


3) 4×8 Mixed Grip Weighted Pullups – rest 90 sec.

Notes: Alternate your mixed grip every set. These should be heavy, but unbroken.
