1) 10×2 Bench Press @ 65% – rest 45 sec.

205/225/245

Notes: Add 20lbs on the last 2 sets. So the last set should have 40 extra lbs on it.

2) 3 rounds for time of:
Run 800m
10 Muscle-Ups
10 Hi-Bar Back Squats @ 225lbs

17:20

3) 50m total Handstand Walk – not for time

solid-felt great….put together my longest walk of about 30 ft or so
