1) 10×2 Back Squat @ 65% – rest 60 sec.


2) 5×2 Weighted Rope Climbs 15′ – rest as needed

Not fast…definitely felt it in legs after squats. Had some difficulty consistantly staying tight on rope.

Notes: Let’s use at least a 40lb vest on this one. Do not rest after the first climb, touch and go every set.

3) 5 rounds of:
25 Pushups
20 Pullups
-rest 3 minutes

40-48 sec a round…all unbroken

Notes: Move quickly through these, but don’t worry about time except for the rest.
