1) 5×2 Snatch Pulls @ 110% (of snatch) – rest 2 minutes

Notes: Concentrate on maintaining scoop in back and adding speed past the knees and through the second pull. I would recommend straps.

2) 3×8 Ring HSPU – rest as needed
