2) 3 rounds for time of:

3 Rope Climbs
12 Front Squats 155lbs
24 C2B Pullups

11:44….FS and rope climbs unbroken (pretty up and down w/ ropes-for the first time ever!)

3) 10 minute Airdyne for calories @ 85% (no airdyne-just rower for 170 cal)
