WOD 110325

1) 15 minutes of Muscle-Up to Ring HSPU practice.

Notes: Take some time with the rings low to get comfortable. Once you are comfortable with the movement do something between 10-15 reps, no more than that.

2) 8 minute AMRAP of:
20 Hang Squat Cleans @ 95lbs
20 Box Jumps 24″
