1) 10×2 Box Squat @ 65% – rest 60 sec. Notes: Box Should be at around 14″. Concentrate on keeping shins as vertical as possible and sitting back to the box.

 2) 5×5 Unbroken Muscle-Ups – rest 90 sec.

First time ever all unbroken!!!

3) 5 rounds for time of: 10 Hang Squat Cleans @ 95lbs 15 Toes to Bar Notes: Keep this at around 85-90%. Try to go the whole way unbroken if possible.
