1) 10 minutes of Handstand Walk practice. Try and accumulate as many feet as possible.

2) 2 Sumo Deadlifts every 45sec. for 7 minutes @ 70%

Notes: Weight is based off of 1rm traditional deadlift. If this weight feels too heavy or is moving slowly – go down. These lifts should be fast.

2 Push Jerks 135
40 Double-Unders
4 Push Jerks 135
30 Double-Unders
6 Push Jerks 135
20 Double-Unders
8 Push Jerks 135
10 Double Unders
10 Push Jerks 135
