Notes: 1-3 should be ascending in weight, but sub-maximal. 4+ should be maximal attempts, but only use 4 attempts.

    Went light on push jerk and stuck with NO split. I NEVER do this, I suck at it..not great mobility without a split. Also, did wod with 30lb vest. Felt I needed ass kick. Thanks for wod
