15 minutes Handstand Walk practice.

-then-

4 rounds for total Squat reps of:

20 UB Pullups
Max Rep Front Squats @ 185lbs

-rest 3 minutes

all unbroken ctb pullups/20, 20, 20, 9…..picked the bar back up after a min and finished the last 11

    Used 155 For front squat and felt like crap! 13,12,12,13
