1) 5×1 Power Clean – ascending 80-95%, rest only 60sec

245, 250, 255, 260, 265

Notes: You should be on the bar every 60sec. Set your plates up beforehand so you can switch quickly. DO NOT go for a max single.

2) 5×3 Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 115% – rest 2min

300#

3) 5x500m row – rest 1:1

Notes: Try to keep all sets at 95%. Pace should be +/- 5sec for the entire piece. There is no penalty 😉
