1) 5×1 Clean – rest as needed

285, 297, 315xx

Notes: Take 5 attempts and 5 attempts only to establish a 1rm Clean. Use the first 2 for a sub-maximal attempt, then try to match your old PR. Go from there for 3-5.

2) WOD 11.5

12+3

-rest 4 hours-

3) 3 rounds for time of:
25 Lateral Jumps 24″
20 Weighted Walking Lunges @ 135lbs.
15 Push Press @ 135lbs.

Notes: For Lateral Jumps use a PVC or stick stretched across 2 boxes.
