1) 5×2 Clean Pulls @ 115% – rest 90sec.

2) 5×3 UB Hang Squat Snatch @ 165lbs – rest 60sec.

3) 5×5 Ring HSPU – rest 45sec.

4) 4 rounds of:

50 UB Double Unders
10m Handstand Walk

Notes: This is not for time. It should feel no greater than 70%.
