1) 5×1 Split Jerk @ 90% – rest as needed

2) 5×2 Snatch Pulls @ 115% – rest 45 sec.

Notes: Obviously, use straps. Focus on keeping the bar close to the body throughout the second pull.

3) 5 rounds of:
20 Airdyne Calories
10 GH Raises

Notes: This is not for time and should be at 80-85%.
