AM WOD

1) 7×2 Clean Pulls – heaviest possible, rest 2 minutes

225/245/255/265(x)/265(x)/265/275

Notes: Let’s take these higher then we’ve been before, but not so high that it turns into a deadlift. Make sure you maintain a high chest and good speed through the second pull.

2) 20 min AMRAP of:

30 KBS 24kg
30 Pushups (games standard)
30 Lateral Jumps

Notes: Lateral Jumps are over a 12″ hurdle. Each jump counts one rep.

6+18KB swings

Rest 2+ hrs

LATE WOD

4 rounds for time of:

Run 400m
10 DB Squat Cleans @ 50lbs
