Am WOD: Run 5 miles.

Notes: Start at a moderate pace and try to increase throughout the full piece. Your last mile should be your fastest.

Pm WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

10 Stone to Shoulder
20 Pistols (10l/10r any way)
30 Pullups

-then-

5 minutes to establish a 1rm Clean and Jerk.

Notes: Let’s go 100% on this one and see what happens on the Clean and Jerk.
