1) 12 minutes of Split Jerk practice.

Notes: Take this time to work on footwork. If it feels good then work up to a quick heavy single. No more than 3 heavy reps total.

2) 20 minute AMRAP of:
5 Wall Walks
10 C2B Pullups
20 Pistols (10l/10r anyhow)

3) 3 rounds of:
1 minute Row for Calories
1 minute Rest
