Early WOD:

1) 7×2 Clean Pulls – heavy, rest 60 sec.

315, 335, 355, 365, 365, 365,365

Notes: No set number on this. Go by feel. If it starts to slow way down or is too hard to keep your hips down, take the weight down. Make sure to use your straps.

2) 5 rounds for time of:
20 Row for Calories
15 GHD Situps

Late WOD:

8 minute AMRAP of:

10 Weighted Pistols 16kg
15 Toes to Bar
20 Pushups (non games standard)

4+7 rds
