4 rds for time of:

3x HSPU (using kip)

5x DB G2O 45lbs

10x Burpees

Notes: for HSPU use 25lb plates with an abmat in the middle. For G2) play with a few different styles during the WOD or before and see which you like the best. For Burpees use a regular sized 25 and 45lb bumper to jump unto. Try and get used to the rythm of these.

Play with the DL/Bx Jump Wod do not exceed more than 15 reps of deads!
