15 OHS 135lbs
400m Plate Run 45lbs
25 Lateral Burpees
20 Over the Box Jumps 24″
15 Shoulder Press 135lbs

Notes: The WOD will start with the plate off the bar, obviously. You will have to put it on and take it off as need be. The carry position for the Run and the Stepups are your choice. The Lateral Burpees are over the plate.
