Track WOD 110617

1) 4x400m – rest 2:1

Notes: These should be as close pace wise as possible. Intensity should be 85-90% for all, and the goal is a maximum +/- 2 sec deviation.

1:14/1:15/1:16/1:18

2) 3x800m – rest 1:1

Notes: Around 85-90% on the first. Actively walk during your rest, then a full 100% on the second. On the third try to hold the pace of the first with more than a 5 second +/- deviation.
