12 DB Clean and Jerk @ 65lbs
20 T2B

Notes: DB should begin on the ground and touch the ground every rep. A squat is not necessary.

Row 750m
15 HSPU
Row 500m
10 HSPU

For time.

Notes: This should be at around 90%. Don’t let HSPU go to failure at any time, and try not to go anaerobic on any of the rows. Standard is hands on 45lb plates with an abmat in the middle. Kipping is not allowed.
