Early WOD 110620

1) 15 min Handstand Walk practice.

Notes: This needs to be a legit 15 minutes of work. Don’t worry about consecutive distance as much as being able to get back up quickly.

2) 5×5 Close Grip Bench Press – heavy, rest 2 minutes

Notes: Grip should be 12-14″ apart.


3) 10 minute AMRAP of:
3 Muscle-Ups
12 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Hang Power Cleans @ 115lbs

Notes: This should be completed with a 20lb vest.
