Wod A:

20 min AMRAP of:

Swim 100m
30 Pushups (NOT Games Standard)
30 Air Squats


Wod B:

1) 15 minutes Jerk practice.

Notes: Have fun – do whatever you want with it.

2) 5×3 (ea. leg) Weighted Pistols – rest 2 minutes


Notes: Use a KB for your loading and (obviously) hold it in a front rack. Try to go as heavy as possible each set without missing.

3) 4 rounds for time of:

Run 400m
20 C2B Pullups

Rest 2 minutes.
