1) 7×2 Clean Grip Deadlift – heavy, rest 90 sec.

Notes: Take these to a
point where you really start to lose speed on the bar. Use straps.

2) In
10 minutes complete…

4 rounds of:

5 Power Cleans @ 225lbs
Run
200m

With the remainder of the 10 minutes Row for meter

**did 5 rds on accident…whoops! 7:40 to do five (didn’t have rower set up took 20 sec) rowed 590m with remaining time.
