150′ Handstand Walk
10 Bar Muscle-Ups
500lb Truck Push for 50′

Notes: For the Truck Push set 500lbs of bumper plates on the ground next to your truck. Load them into the bed WITHOUT opening the gate, and push your truck 50′. When you reach 50′, unload it.
