A:

5 rounds for time of:

Swim 25m
20 Burpees

B:

1) Take 15 minutes and work up to a heavy, but easy 3 rep Squat
Clean. No more than 4 attempts that are heavy. All reps should be touch and go.

255 easy…went for 275 hit it twice touch n go then lost grip going for 3…..:(

2) 8 minute AMRAP of:

12 Squat Cleans @ 95lbs
12 GHD Situps

5+1 clean

C:MTN Bike trail ride
