Swim wod from yesterday

B:

1) 15 minutes to establish a 3rm Incline Bench Press.

Notes: Let’s get 4-5 sets in. Obviously use a spotter.

235 was easy…missed 250, then missed 245

2) For time:
20 HSPU
100 UB Double-Unders
50 Pullups
15 HSPU
50 T2B
25 Deadlifts @ 285lbs
10 HSPU

Notes: HSPU should be on 1 45lb plate with an ab-mat in between. Kipping is not allowed.
