1) 4×1 Power Snatch – heavy, rest 2 minutes

2) 4×2 Snatch Pulls @ 115% – rest 90 sec.

3) For total reps:
90 sec max reps OHS 135
Rest 30 sec.
90 sec max reps T2B
Rest 30 sec.
90 sec max reps BB Barrier Burpees
Rest 30 sec.
90 sec max reps KBS 32kg

Late WOD 110706

3 rounds for time of:
Run 800m
10 Wall Walks
25 Knees to Elbows

Notes: K2E need to be legit touching of knee to elbow, don’t let yourself get away with anything short.
