8:50 *did the games HSPU in 10:50 with only 28x ring HSPU’s-improvement!

B:

12 min AMRAP:

buy in: 5x 16 ft rope climbs with 20# vest

then….

10x GHDs

1x 8ft wall climb *no rope to help to pull over like last years games

10x weighted pistols 35#

1x wall climb back over

C:

5rds for time:

50m Swim

(walk 20 yds or so to outdoor patio..had to cause of the pool not allowing us to swing

KB’s)

15x games standard pushups

15x kb swings at 53#

11:47 or 11:51 *can’t remember but pretty close
