Early WOD 110712

1) Run 800×4 @ 80% – rest 1:1


*added some distance to the 2/3/4 runs

2) Accumulate 4 minutes of L-Sit holds.

*took forever

3) 10 rounds NOT for time of:
10 Pushups (no hand release)
15 Air Squats

no time

Late WOD 110712

“Power Elizabeth”

21-15-9 of:

Power Clean @ 135lbs
Ring Dips

For time.

Notes: The goal here is to run into the wall. No pacing, no breaks. Try to do the entire WOD unbroken.
