A:

1) 7×2 High Bar Back Squat – heavy/fast, rest 90 sec.

315×7

Notes: This load should be heavy but should still move quickly. If at any point you slow down out of the hole, lower the load.

2) Row 4x750m @ 80% – rest 1:1

2:29×4

3) More HS Walk work. Try to get 75′ UB. Spend at least 20 minutes on this.

had a 54 ft walk and a 60ft walk…improvement
