1) 5×1 Squat Clean & Push Jerk – heavy, rest 2 minutes

Notes: Stay fast and fairly easy, no misses. Warm up well and stick to the 5 heavy reps.

2) 5×2 Clean Pulls @ 125% of heaviest rep during #1 – rest 60 sec.

Then

6x100m swim rest 1:1

1:33/30/30/33/30/28
