Heres what I got

15 minutes MU/Ring HSPU practice.

Notes: Let’s try to get 15-20 reps in the time. Don’t go over 20 reps.


30 minute AMRAP of:

Run 800m
15 C2B Pullups
15 KBS @ 32kg

Notes: The goal is to maintain pace across the entire piece. Pick an 800 pace (3:00-3:15) and hold it every round. All Pullups and Swings should be UB. Have someone (or you) write down every round interval, and DO NOT let yourself fall off. This doesn’t mean go slow, but you know that.

-rest 20 minutes-

5x50m Prowler Push – med/heavy, rest 2 minutes

    4 + 800m (time ran out at about the 400m mark)

    *really had to poo during this one.
