Strength:

1) 5×1 Snatch+Heaving Snatch Balance @ 87% – rest 2 minutes

2) 5×3 Snatch
Grip Deadlift @ 115% – rest 75 sec

3) 3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1 Behind the Neck
PP @ heaviest possible – rest 30 sec

Notes: The goal is to finish with
the same weight you start with, but don’t sandbag.
