Strength:

1) Weighted Pullups 5@60% – 5@65% – 5@70% – Max Effort @ 75% – rest 2 minutes

Notes: Base these numbers off the 70lbs that you got at the games in warmup. Use whatever grip you’d like.

2) 5×5 BB Bent Over Row (Clean grip) – heavy, rest 60 sec

3) 5×3 DB Weighted Box Jumps 30″ – med/heavy, rest 45 sec

Then:

Row or Bike long and slow.
