Strength:

1) 5×1 3 Position Snatch (hi-hang, hang, floor) – heaviest possible, rest 2 minutes

2) 4×2 Behind the Neck Push Jerk + OHS @ 100% of Snatch – rest 90 sec

3) 5×3 Snatch Pull – heavy, rest 90 sec

Conditioning:

“Diane”

21-15-9 of:

Deadlift @ 225lbs
HSPU

Notes: Kipping is the preference from the beginning of the work. Use Games standard for your HSPU setup.

Rest 2 minutes.

3 X Max UB Muscle-ups – rest 90 sec

Notes: If this is too much work for time constraints you may save the MU for Thursday.
