Strength:

1) 5×2 Clean off Blocks (position should be barely above knee)
– heaviest possible (not touch and go), rest 2 minutes

2) High Bar BS:
3@65% – 3@70% – 3@75% – Max Effort @ 80% – rest 90 sec.

3) 3×5 Hi-Hang
Clean Hi-Pulls – heavy, rest 90 sec (use straps)

Conditioning:
