Effort Clean (only completed lifts count), 2×1 @ 95% of ME, 2×1 @ 90% of ME –
rest 2 minutes for ME, rest 60 seconds for percentage work

  1. Brandon can you run me through how to do the 2 postion muscle clean? I’m kind of lost, is muscle clean just another way of saying power clean?
