Strength:

1) 7×2 Clean Pulls @ 110% – rest 60 sec (use straps)

2) Weighted Pullups (deload) 5 X 60, 65, 70% – rest 2 minutes

3) 5×3 Banded GH Raise – medium/heavy band, rest 60 sec

Conditioning:

5x200m
Sprints – all out, rest as needed

Notes: Rest enough that pace doesn’t waiver more than 2 seconds + or –
