Strength:

1) 7X1 Power Clean + Front Squat – heavy as possible but no
misses, rest 90 sec

2) 5X5 Good Mornings (pull stance) – heavy, rest 90
sec

Conditioning:

5 rounds for total reps of:

45 sec Max
Effort Pullups
-rest 15 sec
45 sec Max Effort Walking Lunges
-rest 15
sec
45 sec Shuttle Run
-rest 15 sec

Midline:

50 Strict T2B
for time.
